But the franchisee will have to rent the stadium from the state cricketing association and hence will have to pay in cash and probably kind (some free tickets). This is where Eden Gardens has an issue with Shah Rukh Khan.<BR/><BR/>Several cricket grounds are not entirely owned by the state cricketing associations. There will be special rights for any club attached to the stadium.
